Terms of Service

Last updated: May 2026

These Terms of Service apply to the use of this website and to inquiries related to digital design, websites, interfaces, applications, and related services.

Services

Services may include website design, interface design, development, presentations, digital materials, consulting, or other related digital work.

Each project is discussed and defined individually depending on its goals, requirements, complexity, and timeline.

Project communication and scope

Project discussions may begin through email, contact forms, or online meetings.

Submitting an inquiry does not create a contractual agreement or guarantee project acceptance.

Project scope, timelines, pricing, and deliverables are defined individually for each collaboration.

Additional requests or significant changes outside the initially discussed scope may require updated timelines, pricing, or agreements.

Client responsibilities

Clients are responsible for providing required content, materials, feedback, approvals, and access to relevant platforms or services when necessary.

Responsibility for the legality, accuracy, and usage rights of provided materials remains with the client.

Delays in communication, approvals, or missing materials may affect timelines and delivery.

Intellectual property

Client-owned materials remain property of the client.

Unless agreed otherwise in writing, project files, concepts, visuals, interfaces, and deliverables created specifically for a completed project may be transferred after completion of agreed payments.

Reusable systems, development methods, components, design approaches, and internal workflows remain independent working assets.

Third-party services

Projects may include external services such as hosting providers, analytics platforms, content management systems, APIs, fonts, or software libraries.

Responsibility is not assumed for outages, technical issues, policy changes, pricing changes, or service interruptions caused by third-party platforms or providers.

Limitation of liability

While reasonable effort is made to provide reliable and functional digital solutions, uninterrupted availability, compatibility, or error-free operation cannot be guaranteed.

Liability for indirect damages, business interruption, or data loss is excluded to the extent permitted by applicable law.

Changes

These terms may be updated or modified at any time without prior notice.
